No, Ronak Movers follows a completely transparent pricing policy. All charges are discussed and confirmed during the free survey before booking. Any additional charges such as AC dismantling or rope pulling are clearly communicated in advance. You will never face surprise charges on moving day.
Cartons are collected back by our team after delivery and unpacking. If you wish to keep the cartons, a charge of ₹100 per carton applies. You can also return the cartons to our office via self-drop or Porter service and your carton deposit will be refunded in full.
AC dismantling and reinstallation is not included in the standard shifting charges. It is available as an additional service at a nominal cost. The charges for AC handling are discussed and confirmed during the free survey. Our technicians ensure safe disconnection and reinstallation at your new home.
If a working lift is available, there is no additional charge for upper floor shifting. However, if goods need to be moved via stairs or rope pulling due to lift unavailability or oversized items, additional charges may apply. These charges are always communicated transparently before booking confirmation.
GST is exempted for individual household shifting customers as per applicable government regulations. You will not be charged any GST on your household relocation. This exemption applies to personal home moves within India. Corporate and commercial moves may have different tax implications.
